Return & Refund Eligibility & Time Limit
pelicanhub.it.com implements a 60-day free return policy for all platform products. Within 60 days after customers receive the goods, if they are not satisfied with the product, the product does not match the description, or there are non-human quality problems, they can apply for a free return and refund service. The returned products need to keep the original packaging, complete accessories and unused state, so as to pass our warehouse inspection. All return applications that meet the platform rules will not charge customers any return fees, realizing zero-cost return for customers.
Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and verify the returned goods to be in line with the return standards, the platform will initiate the refund process immediately. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the refund amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment account in full. The platform settles all transactions in unified USD currency, and the refund amount is subject to the actual payment amount of the customer’s order, without any deduction of handling fees and service fees.
Refund Exceptions
If the returned products have man-made damage, missing accessories, damaged original packaging or have been used for a long time, which do not meet the platform return standards, we have the right to reject the return and refund application. For customized products and special discounted products marked with non-returnable rules on the page, the return and refund service is not supported.
